Adrienne paints from her Garden Studio in the lovely seaside village of Blackrock, Co. Louth. Initially studying Textile Design she then practised Clinical Hypnotherapy & Movement Sound & Colour Therapy before re-embracing her first love & passion, painting.
Adrienne is inspired to paint by all sorts of things, big events, small happenings, people, places & life issues in general. Her art is a visual tapestry of her interwoven thoughts, ideas & inspirations. Her private experience set out in paint and canvas. Travelling with camera to many remote regions of the world, Adrienne has captured faces & places thus inspiring original unique paintings, including her African, Vietnam & Brazilian series of works.
Her work has recently been purchased by The Royal Dublin Society (RDS). Adrienne’s paintings featured on the Apprentice Show where eight works were hung in the candidates house to energise & bring colour to the space. Adrienne’s work was also commissioned for RTE’s interiors show Roomers.
Featuring in many publications including Magill Magazine, Irish Interiors & Business Ireland. Adrienne exhibits internationally showing in Denmark, Spain & Italy. Her work can be viewed nationally in Gallery@No 6, Dublin,The Garden Gallery, Delvin, Kenny Gallery Lahinch & Carrie Neely Art, Belfast.
