Colin O’Neill is a self taught artist, having always done drawings, he started to paint on canvas in 2003 while living in Sydney, came back to Ireland in 2005 and has been painting since, mainly acrylics and some oil, portraits and some landscape more recent. He has done a course in airbrushing and continue to use airbrush and brush artwork on different surfaces as well as canvas, items such as motorcycle tanks, helmets, cars, wallets, aluminium panels.
His art can be found in private collections in Australia, New Zealand and USA and has exhibited at euro antique showroom, Dundalk; Brent Pope’s Outside in Gallery, Dublin;Lurgan Green Art Gallery, Dundalk; Gallery Zozimus, Dublin; Whalley Gallery, Holloywood, Co. Down; People Art Exhibition, Stephen’s Green , Dublin.
