FINK is a Dublin based street artist & graffiti artist who studied Visual Communication in England & received an Honours Degree with distinction. Fink holds a Certificate in Art, Graphics & Printmaking & loves to fish !
He has exhibited & painted in both England & Ireland. More recently Fink exhibited in the ‘Now That’s What I Call Streetart’ exhibition in Gallery Zozimus and was very successful. He also recently exhibited & gave live streetart & graffiti demonstrations at The Nutgrove Art’s Festival, The Kilmainham Art’s Festival & at Art Source 2012 at the RDS which was a first for any street artist or graffiti artist in this country at this long running event. Fink has also been a featured artist in the first Irish streetart book called ‘A Visual Feast’.
He draws influence from artists such as Basquiat, Dali, Lush, Epsylon Point, Preys & Jef Aerosol to name a few and merges his creations with an affinity for comics, graffiti culture, street art & modern day popular culture. As Fink says himself "it’s all about the relationship between a graphic composition & how it affects the onlooker. I aim to make that relationship highly stimulating & thought provoking :I Fink therefore I am".
